High School Credit

Earning High School Credit at Trinity Catholic Middle School

Eighth-grade students at Trinity Catholic School have the opportunity to earn high school credit in the following courses:

  • HOPE (Health Opportunities through Physical Education)

  • Spanish I

  • Latin I

  • Algebra I

Important Considerations:

  • Earning Credit: Earning high school credit is contingent upon successful completion of the course, including achieving a grade of "B" or better.

  • Grade Impact: The letter grade earned in these courses will be reflected on your high school GPA.

  • No Guarantee: Earning high school credit is not guaranteed. Credit will be awarded based on factors such as grades, work ethic, and mastery of course content.

  • High School Approval: The issuance of high school credit is ultimately determined by the high school you attend in ninth grade.

Please Note: If high school credit is not awarded, it will not appear on your high school transcript, and you will not receive credit for the foreign language course.
