Spanish Club Visits St. Augustine, FL
Our Spanish Club went on a field trip to St. Augustine, FL. Our students visited The Cathedral Basilica of St. Augustine and The Castillo de San Marcos, the oldest masonry fort in the continental United States. They ate at Columbia Restaurant, which is the oldest restaurant in Florida, opening in 1905. Students visited the historic jail that served the city of St. Augustine from 1891-1953. Thank you to Senora Gonzalez, Mr. Gonzalez, and Mrs. Whitley for a wonderful day in St. Augustine with the Spanish Club!
Congratulations to Trinity Knight Isabella A. who placed 4th in her category at the STATE SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING FAIR OF FLORIDA! Over 850 students from Florida competed. We are very proud of Isabella's hard work!
