Middle School Boys Soccer
All Middle School boys interested in soccer must have all current FHSAA forms turned into Coach Whittaker in order to try out. There are three classes that must be watched and certificates handed in: 1. Concussion in sport. 2. Sudden cardiac arrest. 3. Heat related Illness. All sports physicals are good for one calendar year, all other forms must be filled out yearly.
