Beyond the Bell (BTB) After School Program

At Trinity Catholic School, our Beyond The Bell (BTB) Aftercare Program provides students with a safe, structured, and engaging environment after school each day. Designed to support busy families, BTB offers students a positive and welcoming space where they can relax, learn, and have fun with friends under the caring supervision of our dedicated staff.

Students enjoy a variety of activities each afternoon, including:

  • Supervised outdoor play and games
  • Homework and study time
  • Crafts and enrichment activities
  • Age-appropriate indoor activities
  • Social time with classmates and friends

A daily snack is provided when students arrive at BTB following dismissal.

Program Hours

BTB begins 30 minutes after school dismissal and provides care until 6:00 PM each day. Families may pick up students at any time during program hours.

Registration Information

  • Registration opens July 27
  • $60 registration fee due at the time of registration

Registration and all billing will be completed through Procare. Families will use the Procare system to register, manage accounts, and submit payments throughout the school year.

Registration and Fees

(9 month billing from September - May)

    • One Child - $1,935/year, $215.00/month
    • Two Children - $2,925/year, $325.00/month
    • Three Children - $3,825/year, $425.00/month
    • Four Children - $4,725/year, $525.00/month
       
  • Drop-In Rates: One Child - $22/day · Two Children - $27/day · Three Children - $32/day · Four Children - $37/day
  • There is a $25 fee charged for each time a child is switched from one fee basis to another.
  • There is a $5/minute charge for every minute a child remains beyond the 6:00 P.M. pick-up time.
  • Emergency Drop In: $30/Day. After three times, your child will be enrolled with Beyond The Bell and you will be charged the $60 registration fee.

Registration will begin the week before the school year begins.
