Beyond the Bell (BTB) After School Program

Students enjoy a variety of activities each afternoon, including:

• Supervised outdoor play and games
• Homework and study time
• Crafts and enrichment activities
• Age-appropriate indoor activities
• Social time with classmates and friends

A daily snack is provided when students arrive at BTB following dismissal.

Welcome to Beyond the Bell Letter

Program Hours

BTB begins 30 minutes after school dismissal and provides care until 6:00 PM each day. Families may pick up students at any time during program hours.

Billing & Fee Information

9 month billing from September - May

Additional Fees & Reminders

• There is a $25 fee charged for each time a child is switched from one fee basis to another.
• There is a $5/minute charge for every minute a child remains beyond the 6:00 P.M. pick-up time.
• Emergency Drop In: $30/Day.
  • After three times, your child will be enrolled with Beyond The Bell and you will be charged the $60 registration fee.

Registration begins the week before the school year begins and is open throughout the remainder of the year.

• Please complete only one application based on your child's enrollment status:

  • Returning BTB Student Application: Complete this application if your child previously attended the Beyond the Bell (BTB) program.

  • New BTB Student Application: Complete this application if your child is enrolling in the BTB program for the first time.

Please do not submit both applications. If you are unsure which application applies to your child, feel free to contact us before registering.

Registration and all billing will be completed through Procare. Families will use the Procare system to register, manage accounts, and submit payments throughout the school year.
