“Then the king will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father. Inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, a stranger and you welcomed me, naked and you clothed me, ill and you cared for me, in prison and you visited me.”

    -Matthew 25:35-36

The Trinity Catholic School Mini Vinnies is a junior branch of the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul. Our goal is to help others through charitable works while spreading the Catholic faith. This organization is made up of Trinity Middle School Students. We lead and organize our school mission to live out the Church’s Social Teaching.

Every month we visit the Kearney Center to help serve lunch. This is only one way that we give back to our community. Some big projects/drives to look forward to this year are: Matthew's Baby Pantry; monthly canned food collections; And our annual pet-food drive. Please remember to bring cans for every All School Mass.

    Let’s have a blessed year!

    KEARNEY CENTER LUNCHES

The Kearney Center is a 24-hour service center for people to stay when they don't have a house or a place to live. They house 250 adults nightly and provide 600 meals every day. The center also provides services that connect clients with social service providers.

    DRESSES FOR AFRICA

Little Dresses for Africa is a non-profit organization which provides relief to the children of Africa by offering handmade dresses and britches to children at orphanages, schools, and churches. Donors from around the world send the handmade clothing and monetary donations.  The Trinity Catholic School Mini Vinnies will be teaming up with Girl Scouts Troop 173 and Trinity's Sewing Club to sew dresses for this cause

    MATTHEW'S CLOSET

Matthew's Closet is a drive to help mothers in need. Catholic Charities funds this drive every year. The Mini Vinnies volunteered to be a part of this drive this year. There is a high need for items for newborn babies. Some examples of items we are looking to collect are: diapers, wipes, pacifiers, baby clothing, and any baby toiletries.  All classes have been assigned specific items to donate.  Click here to learn more about the school's donations.  Please help us help those in need!
