• Enrollment Process

    1. Parent Visit & Tour 
      Schedule a Tour: Call (850) 222-0444 to schedule an appointment, request a tour here, or visit us at Open House.

    2. Apply!
      Requirements for Application:
      Completed and Signed Application (2019-2020 TCS Application)
      $100 Non-Refundable Application Fee
      School Records: (including report card from the 2018-2019 school year/testing results/IEP)
      Florida Immunization Certificate (DH Form 680)
      Florida School Entry Health Exam (DH Form 3040)
      *Student health physical and immunization forms MUST be dated with the last calendar year and received BEFORE your student can start school. 
      Participating Catholics: submit Parish Voucher form to your parish's office. 

    3. Student Shadow & Screening
      Shadow days required for rising 2nd-8th Graders
      Screenings are required for rising K-8th Graders with the Guidance Counselor on Shadow Day or by appointment.

    4. Acceptance
      Acceptance letter will be emailed after review of completed application.
      $125 Non-Refundable Admission Fee will be charged on your FACTS account upon acceptance. 

    5. Sign Up on FACTS
      Set up a payment plan on FACTS by June 1, 2019 for a 11-month plan.
      Click on FACTS ($) to sign up

    6. Finish Admission
      Remaining items to Complete and Submit:

      Signed Trinity Contract
      Participating Catholics: Signed Parish Participation Scholarship Voucher 
      Copy of Birth Certificate
      Copy of Baptismal Certificate
      Confirm the Admissions Office has received your signed parish voucher form from your parish. 

    7. First Payment
      Begin Tuition Payments July 2019 (11-month payment plan)
