Resource Program

Our middle school is now officially an IB school.  The Resource Program has changed from a pull-out program to a consultative services program.  The students are monitored on their progress through PowerSchool, student observations and conversations, and teacher input.  Collaboration with the middle school teachers on the support students need in the classroom is an integral part of the Resource Program.  Students in the Resource Program have Learner Support Plans (LSP) that provide guidance to parents, teachers, and the resource teacher on specific modifications or accommodations that are needed in the regular education classroom.  Communication and collaboration with parents is also an essential component for a successful Resource Program.
