All Middle School students interested in playing on the Golf Team must turn in current FHSAA forms.  Sports physicals are good for one calendar year, all other forms must be turned in yearly. There are also three classes that must be watched and certificates handed in.  1.  Concussion in sport. 2 Sudden cardiac arrest. 3. Heat related Illness.  The videos must be watched every year.
